Class Descriptions

Preschool - girls and boys - a structured  45 minute class teaching students the basics of gymnastics as well as social skills, following directions, and learning to participate in a structured setting.

Students will experience all events including balance beam, bars, tumbling, vault and trampolines.

Kindergym (Pre-K, Kind, 1st) - girls and boys - focuses on the basics of gymnastics as well as learning positions, jumps, and skills needed to achieve levels 1 & 2 on all events including balance beam, bars, tumbling, vault and trampoline. 

GymStars - girls and boys - recreational gymnastics class for all abilities.  Students will work on skills and combinations/routines based on their ability level.  Students will experience all events and will work to receive achievement awards for the levels.

Tumbling focuses on basic to advanced tumbling skills.  Students will also have the opportunity to work on the trampoline, tumble track and tumbling in the pit
