At Odon Gymnastics, our signature preschool - Cosmic Kids and KinderStars program is designed to introduce young children to gymnastics in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.  With small class sizes and positive coaching, each child receives individual attention while learning skills on all gymnastics events.  Children also learn important classroom-ready skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, participating in a group setting, and building independence.  Through exciting activities and age-appropriate instruction, they develop confidence, strength, and a love for movement.

Coming in the Fall!

We are excited to introduce Tiny Explorers, a 45-minute parent-and-tot class for toddlers ages 18 months-3 years.  Through obstacle courses, movement activities, and age-appropriate gymnastics exploration, children will develop coordination, confidence, and motor skills with the support of a parent or caregiver.

A fun, structured class designed for children ages 3-5 years.  Preschoolers will build coordination, balance, strength, and confidence while developing listening skills in a supportive environment.

A fun and engaging class for ages 5-7 that helps a young gymnast develop strong fundamentals on bars, beam, floor, and vault.  Children improve strength, coordination, and flexibility while learning new skills in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Designed for ages 7-14, GymStars helps athletes build gymnastics skills on all events.  Perfect for beginners and experienced recreational gymnasts, alike.  Participants build strength, flexibility, and skills while progressing at their own level.

Designed for athletes ages 8-18 of all skill levels.  Students develop tumbling, aerial awareness, strength, and coordination while progressing at their own pace in a fun and encouraging environment.

Hot Shots is a specialty class for girls ages 4-7 who are advancing quickly in their recreational class and are ready for additional challenges.  This developmental program is ideal for athletes who show a strong interest in gymnastics and may be interested in pursuing a more advanced path in the future.  With a focus on strong fundamentals, strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness, athletes receive more focused instruction and progressive skill training.  In a fun and supportive environment, gymnasts build the foundation needed for potential team opportunities while continuing to develop a love for the sport.
